基于部分负荷性能的水源热泵优化配置方案

摘要 根据水源热泵机组数学模型,进行夏季工况下机组部分负荷时机组性能分析,结果表明:随着冷负荷减小机组COP先增大后减小,当冷负荷继续下降到一定范围内时,机组COP会有较大幅度降低。基于单台机组特性进行的多台机组选型优化方案表明:根据建筑冷负荷率分布情况选择多台不同型号的机组搭配运行比选择多台一样型号的机组运行有利于能耗的降低。 This paper analyzes performance of water-source heat pump under Part Load Ratio (PLR) and summer condition was simulated according to mathematical model of chiller. The results indicate that the Coefficient of Performance (COP) of chiller will increase first and then decrease as PLR decreases, and the COP of chiller will decrease sharply when PLR decreases under a special value. Configuration optimization of multiple chillers by using the performance characteristics of single chiller indicates that the configuration of various type parallel chillers according to cooling load rate distribution of building will benefit to the energy-saving compared to the configuration of the same type chillers.
