漆包线烘炉出口气流诱导过程及改进方法

摘要 漆包线生产过程中,由于漆包线高速运动对周围空气产生诱导作用,导致部分有机废气随漆包线排出烘炉炉膛,造成车间工作环境空气质量恶化。本文通过建立炉膛出口段漆包线运动过程的数学模型,对不同线径及线速下的漆包线诱导过程进行数值模拟,得到了不同线规条件下漆包线诱导气体量,并针对性地在炉膛出口设置进风口,阻挡诱导空气进入室内环境,结果显示,当进风口与炉膛轴线夹角为53°,送风风速为8.5m/s时,漆包线诱导进入室内的污染气体量最小,有效改善了室内环境。 Owing to a high velocity of enameled wires during the dry process of the enamels along the wires in the oven, some organic waste air surrounding the enameled wires may be inducted from the oven into the working environment, which results in a environmental pollution. In this paper, a mathematics model of the air induction owing to the fast movement of the enameled wires was established. Various enameled wires with different diameters and line velocities were investigated based on the numerical modeling. The induced gas quantity for the enameled wires was calculated. An improvement by blasting additional air into the oven at the outlet of the enameled wire oven was proposed so as to block the waste air induction from the oven. The results show the induced air quantity was the minimum as the angle of the air inlet and the furnace axis angle was 53° and the blasting air velocity was 8.5 m/s, which efficiently improve the indoor environment.
