特发性矮小儿童胰岛素样生长因子-1测定及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨特发性矮小(ISS)儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的临床意义。方法:测定19例确诊为特发性矮小青春期前儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子-1治疗前后的变化。同时测定15例身高正常的青春期前儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子-1水平作为临床对照。结果:特发性矮小儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子-1水平在治疗前较正常对照组血清胰岛素样生长因子-1水平低(P<0.05);经重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗3个月后,其血清胰岛素样生长因子-1水平明显升高(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:特发性矮小儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子-1水平较低,可能是其矮小的原因之一;血清IGF-1水平对ISS诊断及疗效判断有临床价值。
