Establishing Chinese Discussion in the Topics of Tibet

中央作出西藏的发展、稳定、安全涉及国家的发展、稳定、安全的论断,是在认识上把西藏放到更宽阔的视野来对待的重要步骤,而进一步的探索则是"中国特色西藏特点发展路子"观点的提出。从中国思考西藏方法论的建立,习近平同志"治国必治边,治边先稳藏"这一重要思想给予我们的启示很多,包括借鉴中华文明中国家治理的政治智慧,来建立我们自己的话语。

The statement made by the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party,about the develop- ment,stabilization and safety of Tibet involving the development, stabilization and safety of China, is a significant step to treat Tibet from a much wider perspective. Further exploration puts forward the point of view “the path of development with Tibetan characteristics and Chinese features”. By considering Ti- betan methodology from China,the strategic thinking, “the governance of China shall emphasize the ad- ministration of its frontier;the administration of Chinese frontier must first stabilize Tibet” ,pointed out by Xi Jinping,gives us a lot of inspirations,including borrowing political wisdom of governing a country from Chinese civilization to establish our own utterance.
