摘要
珠三角地区教师教育技术能力总体较好,但仍存在结构不合理、教育技术创新能力和应用能力有待提高的问题,教师教育信息技术培训策略需做以下三方面的调整:一是在内容上着重加强课件能力开发、媒体素材编辑制作能力等方面的培训;二是在培训形式应多样化;三是建立完善、科学、系统的评价机制。
The general educational technology ability for teachers m the t'earl River LPetta gueb ocyu,,u average level, but there still has problems mainly lying in such aspects as irrational structure, imperfect innovation of educational technology and application ability. The corresponding training strategies should be adjusted following three fields: first, in content, courseware capability development should be focused with media materials editing included; second, in pattern, a wide variety of training forms should be implemented; third, improved and scientific evaluation system should be set up.
