2007-2011年双流口岸出入境人员性传播疾病监测结果和流行病学特征分析

EpidemicalCharacteristics of Sexually Transmitted Diseases Among Entry-exit Population at Shuangliu Port,2007-2011

目的掌握成都双流口岸出入境人员性传播疾病的流行现状和特征，为提高口岸传染病防控能力提供科学依据。方法对收集的2007—01／2011—12双流口岸出入境人员的梅毒和HIV的监测结果和病例流行病学特征进行统计学分析。结果2007—2011年梅毒检出率出境人员（1．27％）高于入境人员（0．59％），检出率最高的年龄组别为≥50岁，其次是30～49岁，男性多于女性，出国定居人员和劳务人员的检出率较高；HIV—Ab阳性检出率在出境和入境人员中无差异（χ^2=0．264，P=0．607），男性感染者居多；出入境人员梅毒、HIV—Ab感染以性传播为主要途径。结论中青年男性是出入境口岸传染病监测的重点人群。

Objective To master the epidemical characteristics of sexually transmitted diseases （STD） among entry- exit population at Shuangliu Port, and to provide scientific evidences for promoting preventing work. Methods The data of syphilis and HIVs were collected and statistically analyzed to identify the epidemical char- acteristics among entry -exit population at Shuangliu Port from 2007 to 2011. Results The detection rate （1.27%） of syphilis among exit population was higher than that （0. 59% ） among entry population. The highest syphilis detecti.qn rate was in the group aged over 50 years, followed by 30 -49 years old, and male detection rate was much higher than that of female. The syphilis detection rates of abroad resident and labor - export were higher than other group. The positive rate of HIV - Ab among exit persons was not different from entry persons （ χ^2 = 0. people were the majority Syphilis and HIV infection 264, P 〉 0. 05）, and male among the positive cases. was mainly transmitted by sexual intercourse among entry -exit population. Conclusion Young male people are the focus group of infectious disease among the entry - exit population, indicating that preventive measures such as monitoring and health education towards them should be strengthened.
