摘要
目的通过多级模糊综合评判法评价基层卫生院疟原虫镜检站工作质量的应用效果。方法按照襄阳市襄州区对镜检站管理有关工作质量指标和工作效率指标的考核要求,确定评价因素和评价标准,确立评价因素的权重系数,建立模糊关系矩阵,选择合成算子进行多级模糊合成、归一化处理和评价分析。结果对2011年襄阳市襄州区12个镜检站血检工作质量进行综合评价,以疟疾发病率较高的卫生院镜检站血检工作开展的较好。结论应用多级模糊综合评判法,既能对疟原虫镜检站血检技术指标和效率指标进行分层次评价,又能进行综合性评价,具有一定的使用价值。
objective By using the multi -grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to appraise the work quality of plasmodium microscopic examination in grass - root health centers. Methods The plasmodium microscopic examination factors and standards were ascertained and established according the work quality indicators and work efficiency indexes, and weight coefficients were determined, thereby multi - grade fuzzy were synthetized and normalized. Results Totally 12 grassroots microscopy stations were comprehensively appraised and health centers with higher plasmodium incidence showed comparatively good quality in the work of blood test. Conclusion Multi - grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is not only appropriate for plasmodium microscopic examination in term of stratified evaluation but also for comprehensive evaluation, showing a promising use value.
