2005-2011年涪城区农村传染病疫情分析

Epidemic Status of Infectious Diseases in Rural Area of Fucheng District,Mianyang City

目的为了解涪城区农村传染病的流行趋势，为制订涪城区农村传染病防控规划和策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对传染病疫情网络直报信息系统监测报告的传染病进行统计分析。结果2005—2011年累计报告甲乙丙类传染病23种7017例，死亡5例。年均报告发病率375．39／10万，病死率为0．7‰。其中甲乙类年均报告发病率250．1／10万，丙类年均报告发病率125．29／10万。居前5位的传染病分别是病毒性肝炎（29．48％）、肺结核（26．05％）、感染性腹泻（17．54％）、流行性腮腺炎（8．49％）、手足口病（5．09％）。系统分类血液及性传播传染病占37．48％，呼吸道传染病占36．81％；职业分布农民占58．76％；年龄分布15～39岁组占49．97％，40-59岁占32．79％；性别分布男女之比为1．66：1。结论发病率呈下降趋势。血液及性传播传染病居首位，次为呼吸道传染病。病毒性肝炎、肺结核、感染性腹泻、性传播疾病是防控重点。

Objective To understand the occurrence of infectious diseases and its prevalence trend, so as to provide the scientific evidence for formulating the planning and strategy of infectious diseases. Methods With descriptive epidemiological method, the infectious disease cases reported in network of infectious disease information system were analyzed. Results From 2005 to 2011, the number of accumulative reported cases of Class A, B and C were 7 017 distributed in 23 kinds, with 5 cases died. The average annual reported morbidity of class A, B and C infectious diseases was altogether 375.39/105, and the fatality rate was 0. 7%0. That morbidity of class A and B were 250. 1/105, and class C was 125.29/105. The top five infectious diseases were virus hepatitis （29.48%）, tuberculosis （26.05%）, infectious diarrhea （ 17.54% ）, mumps （ 8.49% ） and hand - foot - and - mouth disease （5.09%）. Blood transmitted disease and sexually transmitted disease was 37.48% and infectious disease of respiratory tract was 36. 81%. As for occupation classification, peasants accounted for 58. 76% of the total cases. Age of 15 -39 years old accounted for 49. 97% and group of 40 -59 years old, 32. 79%. The ratio of male to female was 1.66 ： 1. Conclusion The Morbidity of the infectious disease presents a dropping trend year by year. Virus hepatitis, tuberculosis, infectious diarrhea and sexually transmitted disease are the focal for prevention and control.
