摘要
目前,拖延行为在大学生群体的学习生活中普遍存在,而一些治疗和预防拖延的方法缺乏一定的可操作性。因此,以220名大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查及相关分析等手段,初步探讨有规律的体育活动和拖延之间的关系,旨在为拖延的预防和治疗找到一种更具操作性的方法——体育活动。结果:1)男生比女生的拖延得分稍低,但两者无统计学意义;拖延行为的大学生达到85.9%;2)拖延得分与运动量存在显著负相关(P<0.01);与运动强度和运动时间也有显著相关(P<0.01),而与运动频率负相关无统计学意义;3)3个体育活动等级个体的拖延得分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:1)大学生拖延现象普遍存在,部分学生表现出中度拖延,拖延行为不存在性别差异;2)拖延与运动量之间存在显著的负相关,进行中等或大运动量体育活动个体的拖延程度显著低于小运动量的个体。
At present, the procrastination behaviors have widespread in college students, while some methods of treatment and prevention of procrastination lacked of feasibilities. Therefore, this study investigated 220 students by means of questionnaires and related analysis, and preliminary discussed the relationship between regular physical ac-tivity and procrastination, to find a more operational way to procrastination prevention and treatment physical ac-tivities. Results : 1 ) The procrastination score of male is a little lower than female, but the difference is insignifi-cant. 85.9% university students have procrastination behavior. 2) Procrastination score is negatively correlated to exercise load (P 〈0.01 ) ; and it is significantly correlated to exercise intensity and time (P 〈0.01 ). While its negative correlation to exercise frequency is insignificant. 3 ) Three different levels of exercises have significant differences in procrastination score (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions : 1 ) Students procrastination phenomenon generally ex- isted, some of them showed a moderate degree of procrastination. There are no significant difference between male and female about the scores of procrastination ; 2) There were significantly negative relationship between procrastina-tion and amount of exercise. For the individual with moderate and the above intensity physical activities, scores of procrastination significantly lower than the individual of small strength exercise.
