我国朝鲜族传统体育的发展现状及对策研究

Research on Present Development of Chinese Korean Traditional Sports in China

采用文献资料,以朝鲜族民族传统体育为研究对象。通过研究发现:虽然目前,我国的非物质文化遗产保护工作得到了党和政府的高度重视,朝鲜族多项传统项目入选国家级非物质文化遗产名录,其中秋千、跳板、朝鲜族摔跤被列为杂技与竞技类项目。但在学校体育、社会体育、竞技体育3个层面,存在教学项目单一,师资培训、教材编写工作处于启动阶段;民族传统体育健身娱乐功能有待于进一步开发;民族传统体育管理体制滞后,人力资源短缺,难以构建后备人才培养体系等问题。研究认为:1)要推进学校体育教学中开设朝鲜族传统体育项目;2)要加强宣传力度,转变民族传统体育思想意识;3)要加强对教练员与后备人才培养的力度;4)要着力提高《保护和发展朝鲜族传统体育条例》建设质量;5)要在"长吉图"规划的推动下,科学开发民族传统体育旅游资源等传承建议,旨为促进朝鲜族传统体育健康有序地蓬勃发展。

By the method of literature review and survey research,the paper takes Korean minority＇s national traditional sports as research object.At present,the protection of intangible cultural heritage has been paid more and more attention by the Party and the government.Sports events of Korean minority such as swing,springboard and wrestling are cataloged in national intangible cultural heritage.However,a research shows that courses of traditional sports of Korean minority in the school,social and competitive physical education are not diversified.The training of teachers and the compilation of teaching materials are still on a primary stage.Traditional national sports hasn’t played a proper role in body-building and entertainments for the public.It is hard to construct the cultivation system of the reserves of traditional national sports due to the lagged management and lack of qualified trainers and excellent athletes.The followings are necessary measures against the above-mentioned problems： 1） To promote the inclusion of Korean traditional sports event in school P.E.course;2） To strengthen campaign to change concept to national traditional sports;3） To enhance the cultivation of coaches and the reserve talents;4） To promote the teaching quality according to Regulations of Protection and Development of Traditional Sports of Korean Minority;5） To scientifically exploit tourism resources of traditional national sports under the Program of＂Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Development＂to facilitate the sound,orderly and prosper development of traditional sports.
