摘要
通过对车轴涂装工艺的改进,使车轴各组件涂装完成后涂层的性能在装配和运转之低了涂层的破坏程度,从而提高了车轴产品的表面防护性,同时也达到了合理用漆的目的品的表面耐腐蚀性由2个月提高到6个月以上。
By improving the axle coating technology, when all the axle parts finished coating, the performance of coating reached high-point before assembling and working, reducing the coating damage, so the axle surface repellency is improved and at the same time paint-using is more resonably. After the technology is improved,the axle surface corrosion resistance increases from 2 months to more than 6 months.
