提出了通用的局部对称多项式对称类型通式的构造算法,编程实现了部分多元局部对称多项式的类型通式构造,理论上解决了7元以内局部对称多项式空间基的求解及多项式一般式的构造,建立了维数统计表。

This paper provides a general constructive algorithm for the local symmetrical polynomial symmetric type formula. This procedure achieved a construction for the type formula of multielement local symmetrical polynomial. In theory, it completely solved the solution for the bases of 7-ary within local symmetrical polynomial space, the structure for the general type of polynomial, and estbalished the dimension tables.
