水力膨胀封隔器在煤层气试井中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在介绍了水力膨胀封隔器工作原理的基础上,基于煤层气井注入压降试井复杂的井内环境,为了提高水力膨胀封隔器可操控性,避免封隔器坐封失效以及测试失败,通过分析井斜、井壁垮塌、井径不规则以及封隔器自身结构等原因,提出了针对性的改进措施。结果表明:提高井身质量,选用优质管柱、下阀座和水力膨胀锚等措施能保证封隔器有效坐封。综合分析认为,封隔器有效坐封是试井测试顺利进行的重要前提,在煤层气注入压降试井中采取这些改进措施是有效的、可行的。 Based on introduction of inflatable packer's working principle,according to the complex environment of injection/fall down pressure well testing in CBM well,in order to improve the controllability of hydraulic inflatable packer and to avoid the failure of packer and the test fail,and through analyzing the cause as borehole inclination,borehole collapse,irregular borehole gauge and self structure, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The results show that enhancing the quality of drilling,using high quality string,valve seat and hydraulic anchoris to ensure effective setting of the packer.After comprehensive analysis,it is thought that the packer to be effectively set is an important precondition for the well testing done smoothly,that is effective and feasible of using the corresponding improvement measures for injection/fall down test in CBM well.
