摘要
塔河油田10区、12区奥陶系油藏原油大多高含硫化氢。部分井试油计量期间计量罐口硫化氢浓度超过危险临界浓度(>1000 ppm),严重威胁施工人员的生命健康。使用脱硫剂和密闭罐试油流程可防止硫化氢逸散。简述了脱硫剂和密闭罐防硫化氢原理,并结合井场试验数据,讨论对比了这两种技术在塔河油田防硫化氢试油过程中的应用情况。
Ordovician reservoir crude oil in Area 10、12 of the Tahe oilfield are mostly high H2S.Part of the oil wells measured excessing of the risk of critical concentrations(>1000ppm),that's a serious threat to the health of workers.Two kinds to prevent hydrogen sulfide escaping by desulfurizer and sealed cans,by introducing these two technique principles and processes,combined with the well field test data,discussed these two methods' application in the Tahe oilfield anti-H2S oil testing process.
