摘要
采用阴离子交换层析和凝胶过滤层析方法,从海南红肉菠萝蜜种子中分离纯化得到胰蛋白酶抑制剂,命名为AHTI。结果表明:该蛋白有抑制胰蛋白酶水解小肽底物的活性作用,由相对分子质量分别约为28.8 kD和16.4 kD的亚基组成的多聚体。AHTI具有稳定的胰蛋白酶抑制活性,对胰蛋白酶的抑制活性与其浓度成正比,AHTI对温度、pH的耐受性较强,2种因素对其胰蛋白酶抑制活性影响较小。
On the basis of anion exchange chromatography and gel filtration chromatography,trypsin inhibitor was obtained from the seeds of red flesh jackfruit,which was named as AHTI.AHTI inhibited trypsin,which is made of multisubunits with the molecular weight of 28.8 kD and 16.4 kD.Its activity increased with the increase of its concentration.AHTI exhibited the trypsin inhibitory stability against temperature and pH.AHTI maybe played an important role in defending predators.
