摘要
研制了一套新型便携式肝储备功能检测系统。该系统利用光电传感器接收穿过人体的近红外线,通过模拟前端后输入ARM板进行AD转换,在软件端利用自学习阈值法进行信号的时域提取。试验结果显示,该系统不仅可以准确地实时测出肝储备功能以及血氧信息,而且还具有微创、简单快速的优点,有很强的实用性,完全满足临床应用的需要。
A new design of portable liver function monitor based on near-infrared photoelectric sensing technology is described. Based on Sansung S3C2440 and photoelectric sensor OPT101, with ADC stream interface driver on Windows CE, the light intensity through the finger is collected. After that the self-learning threshold method is applied to get the pulse feature point. After the processing, the data is saved in database and sent to the internet to realize remote detection. Experimental results prove that the system can realize reliable and minimally invasive treatment, and it can fully meet the requirements of clinical applications.
