摘要
对于班主任来说,对学生尤其是"特殊学生"的教育需要教育的机智。源自古希腊神话故事的"皮格马利翁效应"所蕴含的期待效应对班主任开展学生工作有重大的启示。教师的期待是饱含着爱、信任、尊重、宽容、鼓励、期望等在内的复合情感。把握"皮格马利翁效应"的精神实质,学会对学生的理解、宽容、信任、欣赏将有助于班主任更好地开展学生工作。
For the teachers in charge, education wit is needed in educating students, especially the "exceptional students". The expectations contained in the "Pygmalion Effect", originated from an ancient Greek myth, have important enlightenments to the teachers in their work of managing students. The teachers" expectations are complex emotions full of love, trust, respect, tolerance, encouragement and expectations, etc. To grasp the spirit of the "Pygrnali,on Effect" and learn how to understand, tolerate, trust and appreciate the students will help the teachers to work better with them.
