摘要
通过对用人单位、大学生员工、大学毕业生以及高校教师对大学生就业素质的态度差异的调查发现,这四个群体对大学生就业素质的态度存在多方面的不对称:用人单位更重视工作态度、领悟力等软素质,而毕业生则更重视专业知识和技能、家庭背景等硬素质;相对于用人单位,毕业生和高校教师都不够重视领悟力、可塑性、社交礼仪、面试表现、性格等素质。只有缩小用人单位与大学毕业生之间的素质供求差异才是解决大学生就业难的关键途径。
A questionnaire survey was carried out among recruiters, staff with higher education, graduates and university teachers; it was found that their different attitudes towards the graduates' employment qualifications among the four groups of evaluators: Firstly, employers think highly of such "soft qualities" as working attitude and perception, etc., while the graduates attach more importance to "hard qualities", i.e. professional knowledge, skills and family background, etc; Secondly, with respect to the employers, graduating students and university teachers do not pay enough attention to such qualifications as perception, adaptability, social etiquette, interview skills and personality. The only key way to solve the graduates' employment difficulty is to reduce the differences between the supply of their abilities and demand of the employers.
