摘要
大学生们对所加入或欲加入的学生社团有众多期望。为满足他们的期望,根据期望理论,高校学生社团建设应围绕提高期望值、增强效价和激励水平最大化三方面,在基础建设、制度建设和文化建设上下功夫,达到提高"个人成绩"、获得"组织认可"和实现"个人需求"的效果,满足大学生对发展兴趣爱好、找寻归属和实现自我价值的期望。
Undergraduates have many expectations for the student associations they have joined or want to join.
