摘要
分析了我国 3、4级环境监测站目前信息系统的建设情况和信息系统建设落后的原因。提出建设我国 3、4级环境监测站信息系统的基本需求。指出我国 3、4级环境监测站信息系统的建设应遵循开放式、实用性、易用性、安全性和分批投入逐步建设等原则。
The state of third and fourth grade environmental monitoring station's information system construction was analyzed, and the reason about the backward state of information system's construction was analyzed too. It put forward the basic need of third and fourth grade environmental monitoring station's information system construction, and suggested that third and fourth grade environmental monitoring station's information system construction must obey such principles as open style, pragmatic characteristic, easy to use, safety and graduate construction etc .
