摘要
目的检测金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,SA)对常用抗生素的敏感性,了解其病人分离株(下称病人株)与环境分离株(下称环境株)的耐药特点。方法采用VITEK 2 compact全自动微生物鉴定系统对从医院病人标本及环境标本中分离的85株SA菌进行耐药性试验及分析研究。结果 85株SA菌对15种抗生素的总耐药率为38.4%,其中对青霉素、苯唑西林均耐药,对奎奴普汀/达福普丁、呋喃妥因均敏感;病人株与环境株对15种抗生素总耐药率差异较小,但对庆大霉素等7种抗生素的耐药率,则是病人株明显高于环境株;耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)检出率为14.1%(12/85),全为病人株中检出,环境株中未发现。结论 SA菌特别是MRSA菌存在多重耐药性,病人株中MRSA检出率明显高于环境株。同时环境株存在较高耐药水平,对某些药物耐药性甚至高于病人株,具体原因有待进一步的研究。
Objective To analyse antibiotic resistance of Staphylococcus aureus strains frum patients and environment. Methods The antibiotic resistance of 85 Staphylococcus aureus strains from the patients and environment was determined by using VITEK 2 compact Automatic Chemistry Analyzer. Results The antibiotic drug resistant rate of 85 Staphylococcus aureus strains was 38.4%.All strains were resistant to oxacillin and penicillin. All strains were sensitive to quinupristin/dalpopristin and furan. The drug resistant rate to 15 antibiotics showed no significant different between strains from patients and environment. But the strains from patients had the higher resistant rate to 7 antibiotics than strains from environment. The detection rate of methicillin-resistant Staphylococc us aureus (MRSA)were 14.1% ( 12/85).All MRSA strains were isolated from patients. Conclusions MRSA mainly from patients showed multiple resistance to antibiotics than that isolated from environment. The drug resistance of the strains from environment was higher than that from patients .
