对治安学学科建设的思考

On the Thought of Public Security Subject Construction

学科建设是高校发展的一种思路和方法,它包含了高校的人才培养、科学研究和服务社会等三大基本职能,代表了高校建设与发展的基本内容。治安管理发展中存在两个核心问题,一是人才,二是创新。人才培养是学科建设的核心,创新是实现学科发展的关键因素。这两个核心问题主要靠高校的学科建设来解决,也构成了治安学科建设的原动力。治安学科建设应当紧紧围绕使命,确立两个目标,遵循两个规律,坚持两个原则,树立两个意识,达到两个目的。

Subject construction is kind of thought and way of colleges,and it concludes the three basic functions： talents training,scientific research and society serving,which represents the basic content of construction and development of colleges.The core problems of public security management development are talents and innovation.Talents training are the core of subject construction,and innovation is the key factor of realizing scientific development.The solution of the two core problems mainly depends on the subject construction of college,and which also is made up of the original power of the construction of science of public security.The construction of science of public security should confirm two ambitions,follow two laws,persevere in two principles,establish two consciousnesses and reach two ambitions closely around the mission.
