摘要
本文针对多媒体数据在网络传输时遇到的问题，提出了把闭路电视网同校园网结合起来的解决方案，并介绍了基于网络的多媒体校园电视监控系统的组成、功能特点及系统实现。
This paper analyzed the Problems founded when multimedia data transfer through Internet. A solution to this 'problem was given by connecting the closed-circuit television network with campus LAN. And we introduced multimedia campus monitor and control system based on network.
