摘要
依据气相加氢工艺的相关特点,设计了气相加氢分配器,主体为管式结构,结构简单,安装方便。主要通过侧隙出口和底板出口实现气相物流的均匀分布,流体流动稳定,阻力较小。在600 mm固定床冷模试验装置中,通过冷模试验测试了单个分配器结构参数(底板开孔结构和开孔尺寸)对分布效果的影响,优选出结构参数相对合理的气相加氢分配器,得到分配器的局部阻力系数,同时应用计算流体力学模拟软件CFX12.0对分配器进行了数值模拟,并在1 600 mm冷模试验装置中,考察了分配器组合分布特性。结果表明:用于气相物流场合时,通过采用合理的分配器结构参数,气体分布均匀,流动阻力较小,多分配器匹配较好,整体分配性能较好。
A gas-phase hydrogenation distributor was designed according to the characteristics of gas- phase hydrogenation. The distributor, which is of tubular design, is simple in construction and easy in installation. A backlash and a bottom plate flow of the distributor are adopted to make a uniform distribution of sta- ble gas flow. The impact of the construction parameters ( the pore structure and pore size) of distributor on gas distribution were studied in a 6600 mm cold-flow laboratory equipment. The gas-phase hydrogenation distributor with optimized construction parameters was selected, and local resistance coefficient of the distributor was obtained. The distributor was simulated by computational fluid dynamics software ( CFX), and distribution performance of the distributor tray which was assembled by a group of distributors was studied in a Ф600 mm cold-flow plant. The results indicate that, in the gas-phase flow service, the application of appropriate con- struction parameters will result in uniform gas distribution, small flow resistance, good matching of multiple distributors and good distribution performance.
