摘要
对酸性水罐区的恶臭治理进行了探讨,对治理过程中存在的工艺流程不完善、仪表测量错误、除氨介质净化水吸收效果差、吸收剂更换频繁和循环泵入口管线堵塞的问题进行了深入分析,提出了优化工艺流程、校正和更换测量仪表、改急冷水为除氨介质和增上低温柴油吸收设备等措施。该措施使得恶臭气排放量减少到150m3/h;净化水完全停用,装置能耗减少;吸收剂更换频率显著降低;罐顶水封罐运行效果良好。取得较好的环境效益和经济效益。
The treatment of foul gas from sour water tank in the refinery is studied. The problems in the process of treatment are analyzed such as imperfection of process flow, the error of instrument measurement, the inefficiency of ammonia removal by purified water, the frequent absorbent changing and blocking of inlet pipeline of recycle pump. It is recommended to optimize process flow, correct and replace the measurement instruments, use quench water for ammonia removal and install additional low-temperature diesel absorption equipment, etc. After taking these measures, the foul gas is reduced to 150 m^3/h, the purified water is no longer required, the energy consumption of the unit is lowered, the frequency of changing absorbent is reduced significantly. As the result, the sour water tank is in good operation, and good environmental and economical benefits have been obtained.
