高校中外合作办学教学管理的探讨与研究——以河南省高校为例

Research on the Teaching Management of Sino-foreign Joint Project at Universities——A Case of Universities in Henan

河南省各高校在中外合作办学的探索和实践中,获得了不少教学管理方面的经验,如人才培养目标和计划的制定,师资培训和提高等。但也存在一些亟待提高的问题,如管理人员素质的提高、教学管理过程的规范化和国际化等。

Under the guidance for Higher Education Development Plan 2004 -2020 in Henan Province and the Regulation of the People＇ s Republic of China on Chinese - foreign Cooperative Education, this paper has looked into and analyzed the teaching management of the Chinese - foreign cooperative project at universities in Henan Province. The investigation shows that universities in Henan have gained and accumulated much experience on how to formulate the goal and plan of the personnel training and the like. However there still exist some problems, such as quality improvement of the personnel in charge of teaching management, the standardization and internationalization of the teaching management process.
