摘要
采用筛选出的混合模型及相应的遗传参数 ,应用多性状动物模型BLUP法用FORTRAN计算机语言编制出种母猪遗传评估软件 (MTSOWEBV)。计算种母猪各重要繁殖性状的估计育种值 (EBV) ,并按各性状的经济重要性 。
A program(MTSOWEBV)written by FORTRAN can be used for sow genetic evaluation This program can simultaneously estimate the breeding value for single trait(EBV),index of EBV for four traits and the effects of herd year season,birth litter and fixed effect of sows according to the four traits(litter size,weaning weight,age at first farrowing and farrowing interval)animal model BLUP
