四川规模化猪场猪舍建筑与其温热环境的关系

Relationship between the design of pig house and thermal environment in the house

从 1 998年 1 0月到 1 999年 7月 ,对四川三个规模化猪场猪舍建筑设计及其与舍内温热环境的关系进行了测量、调查和分析。其目的在于针对四川特定的自然气候环境 ,与猪舍建筑设计和猪舍温热环境管理提供科学依据。测量包括猪舍各主要设计参数 ,以及在正常生产条件下 ,分别在四个季节有代表性的日期里选择不同的时间 ,对舍内气温、风速、相对湿度和臭气浓度等进行研究。得出以下结论 :(1 )各猪场猪舍设计类型均符合四川盆地地区的自然气候特点 ;(2 )封闭式产仔舍和保育舍存在保温性差 ,湿度过大和换气不良等问题 ;(3)封闭式猪舍的问题可以从改良猪舍外围护结构及通风系统入手 。

The measurement and investigation on the relationship between the design of pig house and thermal environment in the house were conducted in three intensive pig farms in Sichuan from Oct ,1998 to July,1999 The object of the research was to find out the scientific gist for the design of intensive pig house and thermal environmental management in the special natural climate in Sichuan basin area The main design parameters of pig houses were gauged and the air temperature,relative humidity,speed of wind and concentration of fume were determined and recorded respectively under normal production condition in four seasons on some representative dates and at different times of a day Analytical conclusions summarized were as followings:(1)The design type of pig house was completely suitable for the specific natural climate in Sichuan basin area (2)The insulated lactation houses and nursery houses had poor capability of heat preservation,the relative humidity in houses was too high,and the ventilation system was too simple or the ventilation management exists some unreasonable ways (3)The solutions to these problems were also proposed
