高效液相色谱—串联质谱法测定水溶性化妆品中的10种邻苯二甲酸酯 被引量:4

摘要 建立了高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定水溶性化妆品中10种邻苯二甲酸酯的方法。样品经乙腈提取净化,氮吹至干,甲醇溶解后,采用正离子电喷雾电离,检测方式为多级反应离子监测模式,高效液相色谱串联质谱法进行测定,内标法定量。邻苯二甲酸酯在5-150 ng/mL线性范围内,线性相关系数均>0.99。10种邻苯二甲酸酯在0.05、0.1、1、10μg/kg添加水平的回收率为82.0%-112.1%,相对标准偏差为3.1%-12.4%(n=6)。此方法适用于水溶性化妆品中多种邻苯二甲酸酯的测定,具有快速、定量准确、检测灵敏等优点。 A method of phthalic acid esters in cosmetics determined by HPLC-MS/MS was established. Various cosmetic samples were extracted and purified by acetonitrile, dissolved in methanol. The analytes were then identified and quantitated by high performance liquid chromatography-positive electrospray mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS! MS) under the MRM mode. The average recoveries for 10 phthalic acid esters spiked in cosmetic ranged from 82.0% to 112.1% and their relative standard deviations were between 3.1% and 12.4%. The limit of quantification (LOQ) of the method was in the range 5-10μg/kg. The method for determination of phthalic acid esters in cosmetics is simple, sensitive and accurate.
