多靶标微生物能力验证样品的均匀性研究

Homogeneity of Proficiency Testing Samples of Multi-Target Microbiology

实验室通过前期大量试验,制备了在一种基质中含多种目标微生物的样本,通过对样本的均匀性分析来判断是否符合能力验证的要求。随机抽取能力验证样本10个,在可重复条件下,采用国标4789.2、4789.3、4789.10(2010版)进行检测。应用单因素方差分析对结果进行统计。结果显示:项目菌落总数、大肠菌群及金黄色葡萄球菌的F值均<F0.05(9,10),表明样品内和样品间无显著性差异,样品是均匀的,可满足能力验证的要求。

Quantities of samples were prepared for homogeneity testing to evaluate whether they can satisfy the requirement of proficiency testing. Ten microbiological samples were selected at random and examined under the conditions of repetition. Using the GB 4789.2, 4789.3, 4789.4, 4789.10 （2010 edition） to test samples and one-way analysis of variance （ANOV） to estimate the variance. Results showed that there were not significant differences between samples, all F value 〈 F0.05 （9,10）. It might conclude that the samples are sufficiently homogeneous for the purpose of proficiency testing.
