蒙古国进口五灵脂传播有害疫病的风险分析

Risk of Spreading Pathogen of Faeces Trogopterori Imported from Mongolia

为了确保生物安全,避免有害生物传播,本研究对蒙古国进口五灵脂可能传播的有害疫病进行了风险分析。结合五灵脂原动物复齿鼯鼠可能携带的病原及该病原是否对人有感染性,该病原在蒙古国存在的可能性,该病原由五灵脂传带的可能性,以及该病原的理化特性和流行病学特性等因素,并考虑实际运输中可能造成疫病传播的可能性,最终确定五灵脂传带可能性较大,需要检疫或重点加强处理的病毒病4种、细菌病4种、立克次体病1种、寄生虫病1种,并制定了风险管理措施。

In order to ensure biological safety and prevent pathogen spreading, according to the probability of pathogen carrying of Trogopterus xanthipes Milne-Edwards and whether the pathogens can infect humans, the probability of the pathogen existing in Mongolia and spreading by faeces trogopterori, the physical and chemical characteristics the epidemiology of the pathogen, the possibility of pathogen disseminating during transport, and so on, the study analyzed the risk of faeces trogopterori imported from Mongolia. Finally, it was found that the Faeces Trogopterori Imported from Mongolia were of higher risk and that four virus pathology, four bacterium, one rickettsia and one parasitic disease needed to be quarantined or sanitated. Further more, the study offered a administrative measure for Faeces Trogopterori imported from Mongolia.
