从改变 CMOS电路中能量传输方式的观点出发 ,讨论了绝热计算原理 .在此基础上对实现能量恢复的现有三种方案及相应的电路结构进行了分析与比较 .

This paper discusses the adiabatic computing principle in view of changing the mode of energy transmission in CMOS circuits. Then, three schemes in existence realizing energy recovery and the corresponding circuit structures are analyzed and compared.
