摘要
目的 :通过研究人肺癌组织和正常组织中差异表达的基因 ,寻找肺癌相关基因以用于肺癌的诊断和治疗。 方法 :以包含 40 96个 c DNA基因表达谱芯片研究一组肺癌组织样本的基因表达谱。 结果 :共筛选出差异表达的基因 370条 ,包含已知基因 146条 ,未知基因 2 2 4条 ,其中 10 7条表达增加 ,2 6 3条表达降低。 结论 :基于 c DNA微矩阵技术的肿瘤基因表达谱分析能够高通量筛选与肺癌发生密切相关的基因。
Objective: To investigate the genes differentially expressed in lung cancer and determine some lung cancer associated genes which can be used for diagnosing and treating lung cancer. Methods: cDNA microarray chips containing numerous cDNAs were used to investigate the gene expression pattern of samples of human lung cancer. Results: Three hundred and seventy genes expressed in lung cancer were screened out, comprising 146 known genes, 224 unknown genes, among these genes, up and down regulated genes were 107 and 263, respectively. Conclusion: The analysis of gene expression pattern of tumor based on cDNA microarray can realize high throughput screening of the genes associated with the lung cancer. [
