内窥镜辅助眶上锁孔入路进展 被引量:2

摘要 1 前言 内窥镜辅助眶上锁孔入路(Supraorbital KeyholeApproach,SKA)是微侵袭神经外科不断发展的产物,其历史可追溯到1908年Krause描述的单侧额下入路。Dott(1933年)和Dandy(1944年)改良了该入路。1971年Wilson用有限暴露的入路成功治疗了颅内动脉瘤和肿瘤等。1978年Brock用小的额外侧入路治疗前循环动脉瘤,开颅直径3~5cm。
