情境合作考试在护理专业本科生基础护理操作考核中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨情境合作考试在护理专业本科生基础护理操作考核中的应用。方法选取某校2010级243名护理专业本科生作为研究对象,实行情境合作考试模式。结束后评价该考试的难度、信度和效度,并用自设问卷调查学生对情境合作考试的评价。结果情境合作考试难度系数为0.775,Cronbach'sα系数为0.749,与操作考试平时成绩和理论考试成绩的相关系数分别为0.646和0.479(P<0.01)。78.2%的学生认为情境合作考试优于传统的基础护理操作考试。结论情境合作考试应用于基础护理操作考核具有科学性和可行性。 Objective To explore the application of collaborative group testing in situation for nursing undergraduates in basic nursing skills test.Methods Totally 243 undergraduate nursing students were chosen to take basic nursing skills test in groups in a given situation.After the test,the difficulty,reliability and validity of the test was analyzed.The students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about their appraisal on the test.Results The difficulty coefficient was 0.775, Cronbach's a coefficient was 0.749.Pearson correlation coefficient between the performance in the test with the score of performance in normal time was 0.646,and with the score of theoretical test was 0.479(P0.01).About 78.2%students considered collaborative group testing in situation was superior to traditional testing.Conclusion Collaborative group testing in situation is scientific and practical in basic nursing skills test.
