摘要 目的基于柯氏模型来评价情境模拟教学法在护理管理学中的应用效果。方法将2009级208名护理本科生随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组进行情境模拟教学,对照组进行传统教学。基于柯氏模型,从反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层4个层面进行教学效果评估。结果试验组在4个层面的效果均好于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论情境模拟教学法在护理管理学中的效果较好,更有利于教育目标的实现。 Objective To evaluate the effects of scene simulation teaching in the course of Nursing Administration based on Kirkpatrick model.Methods Totally 208 undergraduate nursing students were randomly assigned to scene simulation group and control group.The teaching outcomes were evaluated from the perspectives of reaction,learning,behavior and results based on Kirkpatrick model.Results The scores of reaction,learning,behavior and results in the scene simulation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Scene simulation teaching has better effects than traditional teaching.It is more favorable to the achievement of education objectives.
