手术室护士标准化预防措施执行情况的调查研究

Investigation of compliance with standard precautions among operating room nurses

目的了解标准化预防措施在手术室护士中的执行情况。方法对江苏省扬州市7所医院的158名手术室护士进行问卷调查。调查项目包括标准预防措施中的"戴双层手套""使用防护眼镜"和"不直接用手接触使用过的尖锐器械"这3项规定的执行情况。结果 12%的手术室护士总是执行"戴双层手套"的规定,2%的手术室护士总是执行"使用防护眼镜"的规定,10%的手术室护士总是执行"不直接用手接触使用过的尖锐器械"的规定。接受过标准预防措施培训的护士对3项规定的执行情况优于没有接受过培训的(P<0.01)。结论手术室护士对标准预防措施的执行情况很不理想,尤其是"使用防护眼镜"这项规定。应对手术室护士加强关于标准预防措施的正规培训,以提高其对标准预防措施的执行程度。

Objective To investigate the compliance with standard precautions among operating room nurses.Methods Totally 158 operating room nurses from 7 hospitals in Yangzhou were recruited in this study.Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires about compliance with double gloving,using protective eyewear,and no-touching used surgical instruments.Results Twelve percent of the participants always used double gloving,2 percent always used protective eyewear, and 10 percent were always out of touch with used surgical instruments.Nurses received standard precautions training diel better than nurses untrained（P0.01）.Conclusion Operating room nurses in this study rarely complied with standard precautions, especially using protective eyewear.It is suggested to strengthen training on standard precutions to increase the compliance with standard precautions among operating room nurses in China.
