摘要
很多年轻的护理工作者在临床工作中语言素养差,体现在查房时语言简单,没有逻辑性,缺乏条理性,在与患者交流思想以及表达感情,传递信息的方式、方法中缺乏创造性,这些问题严重影响着医疗服务质量和医患关系的和谐发展。究其原因应该与护生在校期间语言表达能力的培养缺乏系统性有关系。语言技巧可以通过阶段性的培训获得,而语言能力却不是一朝一夕就能轻易具备的。因此应在学校期间系统性的对护生护患语言沟通能力进行培养,本课题组提出了“三会两能一过”的培养目标,本文对这一目标中的能力要素构成进行了分析与解读。
Language Literacy of many young nurses in clinical work is poor. When they are working, their language is simple, not logical and lacks of clarity. When exchanging ideas and expressing their feelings with patients, they are lack of creativity. These problems seriously affect the quality of medical services and the harmonious development of the physician - patient relationship. The reason should be lack of systematic training on the language skills of nursing students during the school. Language skills can be obtained through periodic training, and language abilities are not obtained easily. Therefore nursing students should be trained with the systemic language communica- tion skills in school. We proposed training objectives of ~nderstanding of three items, abilities of two items, pass of one item, this article an- alyzed the the elements of objectives constitution .
