摘要
目的分析高专护生关爱能力现状,为探讨培养护生关爱能力的途径提供依据。方法采用关爱能力评价量表CAI以及自编调查问卷对吉林省两所大专院校的214名高专护生进行问卷调查,分析其关爱能力现状及影响因素。结果高专护生CAI总均分为(169.78±15.49)分,认知、勇气、耐心三个维度的均值分别为(70.90±9.75)、(48.27±9.12)、(56.15±6.56)分,均低于常模。非独生子女关爱能力总分、认知维度的得分显著高于独生子女(P〈0.05);不同性别的护生关爱能力总均分,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论吉林省高专护生关爱能力偏低,护理教育者要加强护生关爱能力的培养,以提高其将来的护理服务质量。
Objective To provide the basis of exploring cultivating the care ability of nursing students by analyzing the present sit- uation of caring ability of college nursing students. Methods An investigation on 214 college nursing students in grade 2010 of two colleges in Jilin province was carried out by caring ability inventory (CAI) and self- compiled questionnaire, to analyze the present situation and in- fluencing factors of caring ability. Results The total average score of CAI was ( 169. 78 + 15.49) . The average scores of cognitive, cour- age, patience were (70.90 +-9.75), (48.27 +-9.12), (56. 15 +_6. 56) respectively. AU of them were lower than the normal mode. Both the total score of caring ability and the score of cognitive were significantly higher in students who had sisters or brothers than those in single- ton ( P 〈 O. 05 ) . There was no statistical difference in the total average score of caring ability in different gender ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The caring ability of nursing students in Jilin province is lower than normal. Nursing education should strengthen the training of care ability of nursing students in order to improve the quality of their care services in the future.
