摘要
为了降低合成氨生产成本,柳州化工股份有限公司在一氨厂间歇煤气炉工艺生产流程上采用了全型煤富氧气化技术工艺。对比分析了间歇气化和富氧气化的优缺点,提出了优化的型煤富氧连续气化的工艺操作条件。
To reduce the cost of ammonia production, Liuzhou Chemical Industry Co., Ltd introduced oxygenrich continuous gasification process into the gasifier in First Ammonia Plant which originally adopting intermittent production process, and totally adopted shaped coal as raw material. This paper analyzes the shortages and advantages of two process, intermittent process and oxygen-rich process, through compare, presents optimized process conditions for shaped coal oxygen-rich continuous gasifieation.
