不同栽培方式对福安东魁杨梅采收的影响

Effects of Different Cultivation Patterns on the Harvest of 'Dongkui' Red Bayberry in Fu'an

摘要在福安开展大棚栽培和单树罗幔栽培对杨梅采收影响的试验，结果表明，采用2种栽培方式虽在不同程度上降低杨梅的糖酸含量，口味较淡，但均可显著减轻不良天气对杨梅果实的影响，改善杨梅生长的微环境，提高杨梅的产量与品质。2种栽培方式可延迟采收期3～4d，降低病果率18．15％～19．34％，果蝇的防效率达95．98％和94．20％，控制落果率3．9％-5．6％，提高经济效益约62％。其中罗幔栽培资金需求小、操作灵活，适合农户推广应用。

The effects of greenhouse cultivation and curtain cultivation to the quality of red bayberry were investigated in Fu＇ an, Fujian province. As results indicated, these two cultivations pattern alleviated the effects of adverse weather and improved the growth micro-circumstance, output and quality of red bayberry, except for lower contents of sugar and acidity and lighter taste compared to tradition cultivation. These two cultivations postponed bayberry picking time by 3-4 d, decreased the disease rate of fruit by 18.15% 19.34%, controlled the fruit abscission rate between 3.9%-5.6%, alleviated the economical efficacy by 62%, make the controlling effect at 95.98% and 94.20%, respectively. However, the curtain cultivation with small fund demand and flexible operation is suitable to popularize to farmers.
