摘要
可靠性技术是提高产品质量的有效手段,具有广阔的应用前景。本文结合可靠性技术对低噪声降频器进行可靠性试验并对故障数据进行分析,结果表明,抽取的高频头样品合格率达96.25%,平均无故障时间超过5000小时。
The reliability technology is an effective method to improve product quality, which has a wide application prospects. Based on reliability technology, reliability test is carried out on Low Noise Block Down Converter (LNB) and the fault data was analyzed in this paper. The results shows that the qualification rate of the samples reached 96.25% and the mean time between failures (MTBF) exceed 5000 hours.
