摘要
本文阐述了电阻点焊生产时,需要对人员进行防护且能源消耗较大,不利于环保,焊接质量稳定性差等方面的不足。着重介绍了冲压铆接自动化程度高,铆接点精美一致,连接质量可靠且稳定,具有节能环保等方面的优势,以及替代电阻点焊的应用实例和对应的铆接模具,以期拓展冲压铆接技术的应用领域,不断提升电器产品的制造工艺水平。
This paper introduces that when adopting resistance spot welding, the workers should be on protective gear, and the great energy consumption goes against with the environment protection, and the welding quality isn't stable. Then it mainly introduces the stamping riveting technology, which has the advantages of high automaticity, exquisite riveting joint, reliable and stable quality, and energy saving and environmental protection. It also introduces the application examples of replacing resistance spot welding, and the corresponding riveted tooling. It is in order to expand the application range of stamping riveting technology, and promote the manufacturing process for electrical products.
