能源之星实验室认可政策解读及关键技术问题研究

Policy Interpretation and Critical Technical Issues of Energy Star Laboratory Accreditation

本文对中国合格评定国家认可委员会能源之星实验室认可计划进行政策解读和明晰,并对能源之星实验室认可中出现的实验室比对、产品分类及检测方法,检测能力表述这三个直接影响实验室获得注册的突出关键问题进行了详细的分析和研究。为有意申请能源之星实验室认可的实验室进行指导,并为获得能源之星实验室认可的实验室最终获得美国环保署的最终注册提供借鉴。

In this paper Accreditation Service for the accreditation project of Energy Star laboratory of China National Conformity Assessment were analyzed according to the accreditation policy. Interlaboratory comparison, product category and test method, description of test capability which were the most important factors in the accreditation process were investigated. The research provides guidance to willing applicant of Energy Star laboratory accreditation and helps the accredited laboratory to obtain the final registration from U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
