阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合布地奈德和可必特雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎40例 被引量:59

摘要 目的观察阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合布地奈德和可必特雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将2010年10月至2012年12月医院诊治的支原体肺炎患儿80例,随机分为阿奇霉素序贯治疗组(对照组)40例,阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合布地奈德和可必特雾化吸入治疗组(试验组)40例,疗程7 d,比较两组疗效。结果总有效率对照组为92.50%,试验组为97.50%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而试验组患儿咳嗽消失时间、肺部罗音消失时间均比对照组有显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合布地奈德和可必特雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎有协同作用,可明显改善临床症状和体征,缩短病程,疗效显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the azithromycin sequential therapy combined with nebulization inhalation of budesonide and combivent for treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods Eighty mycoplasma pneumonia patients adnfitted to our hospital from October 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into the azithromycin sequential therapy group(control group, 40 cases) and the azithromycin sequential therapy combined with nebulization inhalation of budesonide and combivent group(experimental group, 40 cases). The treatment course was 7 days. The clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The to- tal effective rate was 92.50% in the control group and 97.50% in the experimental group, the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(P 〉 0.05), but the disappearance time of cough and pulmonary rales in the experimental group was sig- nificantly shortened compared with the control group(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The azithromycin sequential therapy combined with nebu- lization inhalation of budesonide and combivent has the synergistic effect on treating mycoplasma pneumonia in children, which can ob- viously improve the clinical symptoms and signs, and shorten the disease process. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
