摘要
针对全球环保意识的日益加强和国际能源供应的持续紧张现状,新能源汽车的技术研发和产业化发展受到了越来越多的重视。当前,美国、欧盟、日本等发达国家(地区)都积极开展了新能源汽车发展的实践。通过对世界新能源汽车发展历程与趋势的系统梳理,从产业、市场和政策3个维度分析了发达各国(地区)新能源汽车运行管理的模式与特点,并基于此提出了对我国新能源汽车运行管理的启示。
In view of the growing global environmental protection consciousness and the continuous tense situation of the international energy supply, the technical research and development and the industrial development of the new energy vehicles has received great attention. At present, the United States, the European Union, Japan and other developed countries （regions） are developing the practice of the new energy vehicles development actively. Through the systemic pectination of the development course and trend of the world＇s new energy automobile, we analyzed the operation management patterns and the characteristics of the new energy vehicles in developed countries （regions） from three dimensions： industry, market and policy, and put forward the enlightenment to China＇s new energy vehicle operation management based on this.
