On the Connection between Secondary and Higher Vocational Education System

当前中高职教育协调发展中存在理论上人才培养定位模糊、实践上专业内涵建设脱节等问题,为切合建设现代职业教育体系的新要求,应积极构筑中、高职教育的"立交桥",加强中高职教育协调发展的目标定位、课程与专业标准衔接、政策扶持、师资队伍、招生制度等方面的研究与实践,从而不断健全和完善职业教育体系,真正培养适应区域产业需求的高素质技能型人才。

There are problems in the coordinated development of the connection between secondary and higher vocational education system, such as the ambiguity of talent cultivation positioning in theory, the disconnection of professional quality construction in practice. In order to meet the new requirements of the modern occupational education, an ＂overpass＂ between secondary and higher vocational education should be constructed. The following aspects should be strengthened both in research and practice： the localization and target of the coordinated development, the cohesion of curriculums and professional standards, the support policies, the ranks of teachers, the admission system and etc. In this way, the vocational education system can be continuously improved and perfected, and finally the qualified talents can be cultivated to meet the demands of regional industries.
