摘要
新加坡南洋理工学院的"枢纽"既是一个培养理念,又是一个整合平台。在实践过程中,南洋理工学院通过无界化管理营造"枢纽"的软环境以实现不同学科教学理念的整合,并以"教学工厂"来实践"枢纽"。构建类似的"枢纽",也能为中国高职学生的"成才"与"成人"教育提供实时模拟环境。
Nanyang Polytechnic of Singapore's "med-tech" is not only a concept of training, but also an integrated platform. In the process of practice, Nanyang Polytechnic creates a "soft environment project" through unbounded management to achieve the integration of different disciplines of teaching philosophy, and practices "med-tech" by "teaching factory". Constructing such a similar "med-teeh" can also provide a real-time simulation environment for Chinese students to become talents and real men.
