保障房国内文献综述

The Summarize of Domestic Literatures about Security House

从规范研究和实证研究的角度对我国廉租房、经济适用房和公共租赁房等保障房的相关研究文献及成果进行了归纳和整理。当前各地公租房建设偏少,应加大其建设力度。另外,在保障房建设运营模式上,政府应推广采用绿色低碳模式。

As viewed from the normative research and empirical study, this paper induces and sorts out the literatures about our indemnification apartment which includes low-rent housing, affortable housing, public rental housing, and so on. At present, the public rental housing is less than needed in each area. We should increase them effortly. In addition, the government should promote the use of green and low carbon model in the construction and oneration of indemnification anartment.
