脑瘫患儿生存质量的相关外部环境因素分析

Analysis of related factors of external environment on the quality of life of cerebral palsy children

目的分析影响脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)儿童生存质量的相关外部环境因素。方法收集我院2008—2012年门诊、住院以及开封市福利院收养的2～12岁脑瘫患儿,分为家庭、医院、福利机构三种环境组共80例患儿为研究对象。家庭环境组以调查前3个月未住院患儿,福利机构环境组近3个月无家庭及住院患儿,医院环境组以在院或出院2周内患儿。采用儿童生存质量的PedsQL4.0普适性核心量表对患儿的生存质量进行评定,采用多重线性回归分析脑瘫患儿生存质量与父母的籍贯、教育程度、家庭总月收入、所在环境4种相关因素之间的关系。结果患儿总体生存质量同父母教育程度呈负相关,同家庭月收入、所在环境(家庭、福利机构、医院)呈正相关。结论家庭经济状况和所在环境是影响脑瘫患儿生存质量重要因素。

Objective To analyze the related factors of external environment on the quality of life of cerebral palsy children.Methods 80 cerebral palsy children（2~12 years old） in our hospital or Kaifeng City welfare from 2008 to 2012 were divided into the family environment group（3 months without hospitalized children）,the hospital environment group（children in hospital or out of the hospital for 2 weeks） and the welfare-institution environmental group（3 months without family and hospitalized pediatric patients）.The quality of life of children was assessed by the PedsQL4.0 universal core scale.The ralationship between the quality of life of children and the parental origin and education level,family monthly income and located enviroment were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results The overall survival of children with cerebral palsy had a negative correlation with parental education level,and a positive correlation with the family monthly income and located enviroment.Conclusion The family economic status and located enviroment are some important factors on the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy.
